Literacy in the Bag Book Drive
2 Part Community Event: January 18 & January 25
This book drive event supports the Literacy in the Bag program which fosters and promotes literacy in Houston's children and adults. Of the donations we collect, children's books will be distributed to local Title 1 HISD Elementary and Middle Schools. Adult books will go to the Friends of the Houston Public Library to help support Houston's public library system and community literacy programs.
